Do you PLAN your training time & tasks for your dog?
Training is always more successful when you are INTENTIONAL about training!
A training plan, written down, can really advance your training, keep you on schedule, and keep you organized, and help to work your training into your real-life 'things to do'!
It can also be sure you have the treats, tools, and environment all set up for success, in advance since you know what you are doing today, tomorrow and the rest of the week!
And, bonus...when you look at your training plan and see what you have indeed accomplished this week, even if it's not all you had hoped, you'll be motivated to keep going! 'Something is better than nothing!" And you have a far better chance of getting 'something' done, if you write out a plan!
Don't over-complicate it, don't stress over it - just write down a few tasks that you want to work on this week, a few of those fabulous 'training games' from 'Paws-ibilities' 😉 and do your best to add a few 'checkmarks' into a few blocks, on even just a few days!
Like anything, you are more likely to commit to the 'plan' if it's written down, and is included as part of your 'weekly things-to-do!'
We built this plan after one of our 'coaches' (owners 😉) was kind enough to share with us how she was planning her own daily training with her pups! WAY TO GO, GIRL!
Thanks for sharing - lots of other 'coaches' out there are sure to find this helpful on their training journey! 👏👏🐶🐶
Your personal Training Plan can be whatever appeals to YOU, and whatever WORKS for you. But we've included a template that night help get you started!
